Nick loves them!

Nice clear healthy ingredients. Big enough for a Newfie puppy's bedtime cookie, but I can also snap them for training. They seem to stay fresh for a long time, even without a liner. We go to quite a lot of trouble to obtain his kibble and appreciate having a healthy snack available cheaply at local stores. Always have some on hand!

Posted pics on their facebook.I'm completely disgusted and everything in my pantry is ruined!!! I just started noticing these little bugs in my pantry. I went to investigate andFound HUNDREDS coming out of this box. I've been feeding my dog these!!!! And now all of my kids cereals, breads, boxes, cakes mixes, etc are ruined. I have to call a freakin exterminator now!!! I will be filing a huge complaint and sharing this around!Notice the holes in the cookie on the ground. Live bugs crawling inside the box!

Please call us immediately at 1-800-564-1455 to speak with a member of our team so we can address your concerns.

Bugs

I recently purchased a box of the "Original Recipe" to try. Unfortunately, the box and treats came with bugs. I believe this is from not using a sealed plastic bag within the box for the treats. Not sure if I will try again, this was a bad experience. Have heard such great things about your product. Perhaps going back to plastics is the key. Thank you.

Thank you for your feedback and sorry to hear you had critters in the box. We will pass along your feedback to our brand team about the packaging.

Office favorite!

I work in a leasing office and I wanted to bring in treats for my furry residents. I wanted to find treats that were good quality and could be had by a variety of pups and of course something I would give my own pet (if I had a dog). I found these at my local Fred Meyer and they are a hit with my 4 legged residents! I like that pups on diets, with sensitive stomachs, or picky eaters can have them. Every pup so far has gobbled them up. I always try to have some on hand and the pups love to visit me! Thanks for making me the office favorite! :)

Biscuits

Hi, I live in Pa and bought the biscuits locally. Today I went to purchase more and the store does not carry them anymore. I have a 5 # maltipoo and I cannot tell you enough how he LOVES them. He has them hidden all over the house I need to know if I can order these from somewhere.

New Box - Spoiled Biscuits

Hello again, It’s been a year (Jan 15 2016) that I gave your ‘new box’ (that did away with the inner sealed plastic bag) a 2-star review…and I thank you for your reply comment. So, in the interest of living green & less packaging, I have put up with the messy crumbs escaping from the corners of your biscuit boxes. But now, just as I guessed would happen, there were indeed ‘critters’ inside the new box I just opened! Tiny mite-sized spiders and little webs, and powdery crumbs that were clinging to the webs inside the corners of the box, which I happened to notice because some of it was clinging to my fingers when I grabbed the last biscuits from the bottom of the box! I’m guessing the powdery crumbs were possibly digested biscuit residue. Whatever it is, the last thing I want to bring home from the grocery store is a living critter colony in an unsealed cardboard food box; for that reason I never buy pasta, rice, beans, tea, etc, that come in cardboard boxes. And since I don’t choose to feed anything to my dog that is unfit for human consumption, of course this whole spoiled box of biscuits went into the garbage. Now I must go find another heart-shaped dog biscuit out there that comes inside a sealed bag, and hope that someday I learn that you’ve returned to your old style of packaging. So sad.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear about the critters in your box and realize how that experience changed your opinion of our treats. We will pass along your feedback to our brand team on the packaging. Thanks again.

Always Begging

We have three Corgis who just love these biscuits! Bran, our male, is constantly herding me to the box to get more. He would prefer to live on these biscuits. I wish a store in Galt carried them, but Lodi will do.

very good treats

my dogs love these treats. I love the fact that they only have a limited amount of healthy ingredients. My Frenchie is very picky about what she eats so for her to love this treat puts it over the top in my book.

My 3 dogs LOVE these dog biscuits! I had originally bought one box for the Boston Terrier on it. LOL...but now, I buy them for the treats inside!

They love them

Being a Boston Terrier lover the box with a Boston on it caught my eye. I had never seen the brand before. I don't know if these are new to my store, but I pick up the box to check it out and like what I read so purchased 2 boxes. My two Boston absolutely love them. One has to carefully check all offered food before he takes it (I swear he thinks I'm going to poison him) but there is no hesitation when he's offered these treats. They both love them.
